Job summary

Out of the Box Solutions, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Oregon City to provide one-on-one support for individuals with ID/DD. You’ll assist with daily activities, help maintain independence, and support goals in a respectful, person-centered manner.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, follow care plans, document progress, and engage families. A CNA or equivalent background is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Current Clients Needing Additional Support

Client 1: Male | 54yrs | 97007

• Schedule: Wed- Fri 12:00pm- 6/7pm with some availability on the weekend
• Likes: Enjoys shopping, especially at Build a Bear, would like to engage in social interactions and make friends and visit them on a regular basis
• Needs: Maintain their current level(s) of independence and live away from their closest natural support, working with the client and their goals, and IADLs

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
