Out of the Box Solutions in Oregon City is hiring a Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD, supporting daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals with kindness and respect.

You will follow individualized care plans, document progress, and communicate with families and your team, ensuring safety and dignity in every interaction. This role offers a flexible schedule and meaningful, impactful work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients get into the community and stay engaged.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
