Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on advocacy, daily living assistance, and facilitating participation in community activities.

This full-time position offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a pay rate of $17.50–$19.00 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, and personal care.
• Assist with medical appointments and community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans as needed.
