Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide advocacy and daily living support, including household tasks, meal prep, and accompanying clients to appointments and activities.

The role offers paid training, a sign-on bonus, and a 40-hour full-time schedule. Compensation is $17.50–$19.00 per hour, with additional benefits such as health and dental coverage and PTO.

• Follow Behavior Support Plans and medical guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with policies and DDS regulations.
