Job summary

Amivie, LLC seeks a full-time Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home/community setting. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Must successfully complete all background checks.
• Must successfully complete health screening (TB screening).

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with goals in the individualized support plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and meal prep.
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Accompany individuals to community integration activities.
• Complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) promptly.
