Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking DSPs to provide direct care and individualized support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and related needs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with goal completion as documented in the individualized support plan.
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) based on individual needs.
Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
Accompany individuals to community integration activities.
Complete all required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) timely.
Actively engage with individuals in their home and community.
Uphold and advocate for individual rights at all times.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of information.
