Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, individualized care for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and mental health needs. DSPs assist with daily living activities, skill-building, and community integration, while maintaining privacy and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities include documentation in the EHR, medication administration after proper training, safe transportation, and reporting any abuse or neglect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Background checks and health screening (TB) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with goal completion per individualized support plan.
• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding) per needs.
• Safely transport Individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Accompany Individuals to community integration activities.
• Complete all documentation in the EHR timely.
