ResCare Community Living, part of Sevita, seeks Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently in residential programs. You will provide person-centered support, assist with daily living activities, health maintenance, and community integration.

This non-exempt role can be full-time or part-time, with hourly pay. You will document progress, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with families, guardians, and case

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization and health maintenance.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, recreation, transportation, community integration, shopping.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Monitor health and report incidents as required.
• Drive safety and maintain respectful relationships with individuals and families.
