Job summary

ICM, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide quality care and assistance with daily activities, including bathing, meals, and medication management.

You will document daily updates and ensure customer safety in a supportive home or facility setting. You'll follow SOPs, comply with HIPAA, and maintain a clean environment while demonstrating strong communication, reliability, and a positive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision.
• Follows all ICM policies, procedures and SOPs and asks for clarification when needed.
• Understands and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
