Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with disabilities to participate actively in daily life.
• Assist with household tasks, cooking, shopping, bathing, and personal care.
• Support attendance at medical appointments and banking; attend community activities.
• Administer medications and follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans.
• Follow medical guidelines and program policies.
