Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, attending appointments, and supporting community participation, with comprehensive paid training and a sign-on bonus.

You will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $500 bonus for part-time employees, along with paid orientation and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be active in their lives.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing, teeth brushing.
• Help with medical appointments, banking, community activities, outings, and following plans and medical guidelines.
