Job summary

Responsibilities include transportation, facilitating social activities, and advocating for clients' rights. A high school diploma or GED and proper licensing are required, with background checks completed.

As a DSP, you will be responsible for maintaining consistent engagement with the people you are supporting, whether they are at home or out in the community. You will be required to work independently, create safe environments, and provide accurate documentation for the support provided during every shift.
