Job summary

My Life My Home is seeking a DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL to provide compassionate in-home care in our CILA settings. You will help residents with daily activities, personal care, meals, and daily documentation while respecting individual routines and preferences.

The role involves an evening shift (3pm-11pm), with weekend rotations. Starting pay is $19.05–$21.05 per hour, with a $1.00 raise after completing medication pass certification. EOE Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license with <3 driving offenses
• High School diploma or GED
• Criminal background check and physical
• Background check includes DCFS/CANTS for abuse/neglect
• Reading and comprehension quiz at interview

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to individuals in their home
• Assist residents in daily activities and routines
• Assist with personal care, meals, hygiene, and grooming
• Support care plans and daily documentation
• Participate as part of a dedicated Direct Support Professionals team
