Job summary

Help at Home, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care. You will support daily activities and promote independent living while keeping detailed logs.

We offer flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, mileage reimbursement, and competitive pay starting at $14.00 per hour, up to $17.00 with experience, plus professional development opportunities. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test possible.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide prompts to support daily activities and promote independent living.
• Document progress toward goals and maintain logs during each shift.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local office staff to ensure quality care.
