My Life My Home is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to assist residents in our CILA homes. You will help with daily activities, meals, personal care, and daily documentation, while respecting individual routines and preferences.

This full-time evening shift (3pm-11pm, weekends as needed) offers rewarding work making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Provide care and support to individuals in their home.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background checks and health screening.
• Ability to complete interview quiz.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities.
• Support meal preparation and daily hygiene.
• Document daily care per care plan.
