Help at Home, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to deliver compassionate care for individuals with daily living needs. We offer flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, with pay starting at $14.00 per hour and mileage reimbursement to support your success.

No prior experience is required—we provide thorough training. You will document progress, assist with activities, and collaborate with local staff to ensure quality care while protecting privacy and safety.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care at all times.
• Provide prompts to support individuals in daily activities and promote independence.
• Accurately document progress toward goals and maintain logs during shifts.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local staff to ensure quality care.
