The role offers evening shifts (PT), with opportunities to advance through our Direct Support Professional Career Training Program; starting pay is $19.05–$21.05 per hour plus potential certification pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED required with proof.
• Criminal background check and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meals, cooking, and housekeeping in the home.
• Support care plans and complete daily documentation.
• Promote individual routines and preferences.
