Responsibilities include daily living tasks, transportation, and helping members stay safe and engaged. The position requires 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and hygiene needs.
• Perform housekeeping and daily living tasks.
• Provide transportation and accompany members to appointments and outings.
• Support community participation, budgeting, exercise, and healthy living.
• Administer medications or assist with self-administration as prescribed.
• Maintain up-to-date ISP documents and incident reporting.
