InReach NC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Independent Contractor) to support a female individual with developmental disabilities. The role covers Community Living and Support Services for 20 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday 10:00 am–2:00 pm schedule and a pay rate of $20.35 per hour.

All applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver’s license, and pass a drug screen and background check; 1–2 years’ experience with I/DD preferred.

We Need

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a female Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28226. Staff will provide Community Living and Support Services for 20 hours a week.

Schedule: M-F: 10a-2p

Pay Rate: $20.35/hr

What You'll Do

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

• This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
