Job summary

InReach NC seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide companionship, care, and support for a male individual in the Charlotte area (28210). You will deliver in-home living assistance, help identify valued social roles, and facilitate community integration during 21 hours per week (Tue, Wed, Fri 9:30a–4:30p).

This Independent Contractor role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and passing a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

We Need

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28210. Staff will provide Community Living and Support Services for 21 hours a week.

Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30a-4:30p

Pay Rate

$20.35/hr

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

• This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
