Job summary

InReach seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Charlotte, NC area to provide companionship, care, and support to a female individual with developmental disabilities. The role is an Independent Contractor position offering 20 hours per week, primarily M-F with a schedule of 12:30p-4:30p, and a pay rate of $20.35/hr.

Responsibilities include in-home instruction, community integration, social skills coaching, medication dispensing and monitoring, and safe transport to programs and activities.

Qualifications

• All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and pass a drug screen and background check.
• One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP (Independent Contractor) for a female Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28273. Staff will provide Community Living and Support Services for 20 hours a week.

Schedule:

M-F: 12:30p-4:30p

Pay Rate:

$20.35/hr.

This DSP position is an Independent Contractor position. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
