Job summary

InReach is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist a male individual with developmental disabilities in the Charlotte area (28211). This part-time role offers 20–25 hours per week with a $20/hour pay rate and a schedule of Mon/Wed/Fri 2pm–6pm and Saturday 9:30am–2pm, with some flexibility.

You'll provide companionship, care, and support in home and community settings. Responsibilities include instruction in home living, helping identify valued social roles, facilitating community

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successful drug screen and background check.
• 1–2 years of experience with the I/DD population preferred.

We Need:

InReach needs a DSP / an Employee for a male Individual with Developmental Disabilities in the Charlotte area, 28211. Staff will provide Community Networking Services for 20-25 hours/week.

Schedule:

M, W, F: 2p-6p

Saturday: 9:30a-2p (Flexible)

Pay Rate:

$20/hr.
