Job summary

In Good Company Care and Supports is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with disabilities across New Jersey. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, community activities, and adherence to care plans, with documentation and safety as priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred, but training provided.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills and good judgment.
• Comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Must pass background checks and complete DDD-mandated training (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

In Good Company Care and Supports provides home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team — both full-time and part-time positions available.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their homes and communities

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

• Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and outings
