Job summary

In Good Company Care and Supports provides home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team — both full-time and part-time positions available.

We offer hands-on training and flexible schedules to fit your life. You will assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients to activities, follow care plans, and document care per NJ DDD rules.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with ID/DD preferred; training provided.
• Patient, compassionate and dependable.
• Strong communication and good judgment.
• Comfortable with personal care tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and complete DDD training (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and outings.
