Job summary

In Good Company Care and Supports is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with training provided.

You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, support community involvement, and help with medication administration when authorized.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is preferred, but training is provided.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication skills and good judgment
• Comfortable with personal care tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass required background checks and complete DDD-mandated training (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc. — provided by the company)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

We're looking for compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professionals to join our team — both full-time and part-time positions available.
