You will assist with housekeeping, meals, personal care, transportation, and scheduling, while documenting care in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: entry-level, on-the-job training provided.
• Knowledge: basic housekeeping, basic nutrition, safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in.
• Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning; personal care including bathing and dressing; transportation and scheduling.
• Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system of record.
