Verland is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Monaca, PA. You will provide Exceptional Care to residents in a home-like setting at Center Grange, with an hourly non-exempt role starting at $19.25 per hour.

Shifts include 3pm–11pm for multiple days; 2 weeks of paid training is provided. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, 403b with company match, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background, physical, and drug screening.
• Experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and support residents while maintaining a safe environment.
• Encourage skill development through activities.
• Record observations and progress notes.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and personal care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
