Job summary

Verland in Monaca, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide exceptional care in a supportive home setting. The role is full-time, with shifts from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Training is provided and you will assist with daily living activities and community outings.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license, and ability to lift and transfer clients. A sign-on bonus is available along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass a background, physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Enrich and support residents' lives while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• Implement individualized programs; record observations and daily progress notes.
• Assist with meals and perform cleaning and laundry duties in the house.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehicles.
• Medication administration and other duties as assigned.
