Verland is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Monaca, PA home. You will provide Exceptional Care to residents, supporting daily living activities and ongoing needs in a structured house setting.

The role is full-time (40 hours) with shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekend coverage. Training is provided, and the position emphasizes safety, dignity, and individualized care plans.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass a full Background, Physical, and Drug screening.
• Experience not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized care and ongoing support to residents with complex needs.
• Assist with meals and housekeeping within the house.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehicles.
• Administer medications and record daily progress notes.
• Support social, home, and recreational activities.
• Document observations and daily progress in care plans.
