Verland is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Bethel Park, PA to provide exceptional care in a home-like environment. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role with shifts 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am.

• Encourage skill development through active treatment activities.
• Record observations and daily progress notes; implement individualized programs.
• Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and personal care; transport clients as needed.
• Maintain Verland vehicle safety and cleanliness; ensure proper medication administration.
