Job summary

Innovative Care Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in their homes. You will provide daily living support, assist with personal care, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments.

This full-time role offers $15.00 per hour, health insurance, a 401K plan with yearly company match, EAP, paid time off, holiday pay, and a company car for client transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but comprehensive paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
