Job summary

Innovative Care Services in Wisconsin seeks a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide essential in-home daily living support, assist with personal care, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. You will commute to client homes, transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
