Job summary

Innovative Care Services seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Park Falls, Wisconsin. Part-time AM shifts with $15.00/hour compensation. You will provide daily living support in clients' homes and help with personal care, groceries, meals, and a clean living environment.

You will transport clients to appointments, accompany them to visits, and administer prescribed medications with careful documentation. Paid training provided; 18+ required; valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
