Job summary

Innovative Care Services seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities in Wisconsin. This part-time role includes daily living assistance, personal care, meal prep, shopping, and keeping a clean living space.

You will travel to client homes, transport to appointments, and administer prescribed medications with accurate documentation. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary—comprehensive paid training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
