Job summary

Help at Home is actively seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them live independently and with dignity.

As a DSP, you will support daily living activities, encourage community involvement, and document care while coordinating with team members. The role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities, with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance (primary or secondary).
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, at home and in community settings.
• Assisting with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
