• Must have valid CT Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and interventions as needed.

• Support health, well-being, and development of individuals served.
• Collaborate with staff to provide best possible care.
