Job summary

IMPACT, Inc. (formerly MARC Community Resources) is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a full-time role in Connecticut.

The DSP will follow policies, promote inclusion and support social-emotional growth for individuals we serve, and work with staff to deliver quality coordinated care. This position involves developing and updating Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals, ensuring health, well-being, and development of individuals, and upholding the agency mission and guiding

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CT driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with current CT registration and insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Follow agency policies and participate in goals and plans that promote inclusion and social and emotional growth.
• Support health, well-being and development of individuals we serve; work with staff to provide quality care.
• Create, implement, and update Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals; collaborate with others.
