You will support daily living activities, home care, nutrition, finances, and health needs while encouraging independence and community participation.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A CT driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CT driver's license, auto-registration, and vehicle insurance.
• Knowledge of proactive thinking and positive supports.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff and natural supports to each person served.
• Assist with home, finances, nutrition, and medical needs for residents.
• Support individuals in community involvement using natural supports.
