Job summary

IMPACT, Inc. (formerly MARC Community Resources) is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional in Middletown, CT. The DSP will support individuals’ health, growth, and daily living, following plans and collaborating with staff to promote inclusion and well-being.

The role involves creating and updating Positive Behavior Support Plans and ISP goals, with a focus on social and emotional development and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CT driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration Certification required or obtainable.
• Essential physical ability to run, squat, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform non-physical/physical interventions.
