Job summary

Help at Home is hiring a Direct Support Professional to deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care. We offer flexible schedules with day, evening, and weekend shifts, and competitive pay starting at $14.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.

You will document progress toward individual goals, collaborate with the DDP and local staff, and receive training—no prior experience needed. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and you must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test possible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care on each shift.
• Provide prompts to support daily activities and independent living.
• Accurately document progress toward goals and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local office staff to ensure quality care.
