The starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with potential up to $17.00 based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement and access to professional development. We offer flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts.

No prior experience is required—training is provided. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Document progress toward individual goals and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local office staff to ensure quality care.
