Job summary

Help at Home, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care, supporting individuals in daily activities and promoting independence.

We offer flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts with pay starting at $14.00 per hour (up to $17.00 based on experience), mileage reimbursement, and professional development opportunities. Training is provided; 18+ required; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; literacy test possible.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful care.
• Provide prompts to support daily activities and independence.
• Document progress and maintain timely logs during each shift.
• Collaborate with the DDP and local office staff to ensure quality care.
