Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Troy, OH is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Training is provided; no prior experience is required. Interviews are welcome at our local office.

The role includes direct care, daily living support, meal prep and personal care, with a focus on safety and empowerment. A variety of flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's criteria.
• Can lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living.
• Complete household tasks including meals and keeping a clean living environment.
• Provide personal care assistance.
