ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes direct care, supervision, and helping residents with daily activities in a supportive environment.

Interview sessions are held weekly at our Troy, OH location. We provide paid training, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for advancement within a compassionate, community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Personal vehicle available to transport individuals.
• MVRC must meet ViaQuest criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Perform household tasks including meal prep and keeping a clean living environment.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
