ViaQuest, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Ohio's East Sparta area. The role provides direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in facilities and home settings.

Training is fully provided, and no prior experience is required. Compensation is $17.30–$18.30 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a reliable vehicle with OH driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence, choice and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.
