Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Training for this role is provided in full, and no prior experience is required.

The position offers paid training in CPR, First Aid, medication administration, oriented onboarding, a full benefits package for full-time staff including medical vision dental disability and life insurance and a 401k, plus paid time off and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must have a personal, reliable vehicle you’re willing and able to use to transport individuals.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance; MVR must meet company criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of life to promote independence.
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and keeping a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide personal care assistance.
