Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate actively in their lives.

Full-time positions offer $17.50–$19.00 per hour with paid training, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $500 for part-time employees, and additional benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Employees must be able to speak, read, and write in fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with disabilities to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with daily living tasks, appointments, and community integration following plans and safety guidelines.
