Job summary

ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. The role focuses on hands-on support, promoting independence, and daily living skills in home and community settings.

We offer flexible hours with local cases, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a DDD-focused agency. Compensation ranges from $18–$24 per hour depending on experience and assignment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support one-on-one in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and meal preparation.
• Encourage independence in line with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with individuals supported.
