Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. The role focuses on promoting independence and daily living success, working one-on-one with clients according to ISP guidelines.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team to help DSPs succeed, with pay ranging from $18 to $24 per hour based on experience and case assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
