Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will work one-on-one with clients, following each person's ISP to promote independence, community engagement, and daily living success.

We offer $18–$24 per hour with flexible hours and local cases across New Jersey. Must be 18 or older, have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred; must be 18+.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain on hire).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Experience in caregiving or human services preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
Follow each client's ISP to promote independence and community participation.
Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
